Marathoner Asia is an informational statistics website that compiles, organizes, and ranks publicly available running race results from Thailand and ASEAN for the benefit of the running community. The service provides data “as is” for general reference only.
2. Data source & accuracy (important disclaimer)
- Race results come from public third-party sources such as World Athletics, RaceResult, Sportstats, UltimateLIVE, HeyJom, ScoreNow, and timing systems/organizers. We rank and transform the data ourselves and cite the source.
- We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Discrepancies may arise from the source, name matching, time conversion, or ranking.
- Figures and rankings on this site are not official records. Official results are those of the organizer, timing system, or relevant sports body.
- Marathoner Asia is not affiliated with or endorsed by World Athletics, any organizer, or any source platform. Trademarks and event names belong to their respective owners.
- Found an error? Request a correction/removal via our correction/removal form; we will act on it reasonably.
3. Intellectual property
Factual race data (e.g. names, times, ranks) are facts that are generally not protected by copyright. However, the compilation, ranking, design, code, logo, and editorial arrangement of the website belong to Checkrace Co., Ltd. The arrangement may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. We respect the rights of source providers and will comply with lawful requests from rights holders.
4. Acceptable use
- Use for viewing personal statistics and general reference.
- Do not perform automated bulk extraction (scraping), reproduce the entire database, present data as official, or use it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not disrupt the operation, security, or infrastructure of the website.
5. Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (PDPA), including the rights to access, correct, and erase your data, and a data removal form.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Checkrace Co., Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, information on this website, including indirect or consequential damages or losses from data discrepancies. The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued without prior notice.

The website may link to official results or external services (e.g. organizers' E-Cert pages, source platforms, the Runner ID/Clerk login), which are governed by those providers' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.
8. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
